Battery capacity is the number that decides how long a disposable vape actually lasts. It is printed on every product page as mAh, and on Splyv Reserve devices it runs from 600 mAh on the 12K models up to 1300 mAh on the 120K models.
mAh is milliamp-hours: the size of the cell. A 600 mAh cell delivers roughly 600 mA for one hour, or 200 mA for three hours. In practice, a bigger cell means more puffs before the device dies, but only if the e-liquid capacity is sized to match.
A non-rechargeable disposable is finished once the cell is flat, regardless of how much liquid is left. That is why every high-puff model in our range is rechargeable: BANG King, BANG Legend and BANG Blaze all ship with USB-C so the cell can be topped up until the liquid runs out. If you are comparing models, check both numbers — 500,000 puffs on a non-rechargeable device is marketing, not physics.
Charging times assume a standard 5V/1A USB port. Fast chargers above 2A will shorten the cycle but generate more heat, which degrades flavour over time.
Longer than usual charge times, a device that feels warm while charging, vapour production dropping even on a full charge, or the LED indicator never reaching solid. Any of those means the cell is done — the liquid may still be there, but the device is not worth continuing to charge.
Retailers ordering in bulk should check the mAh figure before comparing prices per unit. Two devices can look identical at 30,000 puffs but differ by 300 mAh, and the weaker one generates returns. Every spec sheet on our product range lists battery capacity, liquid volume and coil type side by side. For bulk pricing, see the wholesale page.
