Splyv Reserve runs an OEM and private label programme for brands, retailers and distributors who want their own name on a high-puff disposable device. You pick the platform, we handle branding, packaging and production, and you receive finished retail-ready stock.
What you can customise
- Device platform — choose any of our 58 models, from 12,000 to 500,000 puffs, across the BANG King, BANG Blaze, BANG Legend, BANG Classic, QQBANG and VAPORSEA ranges.
- Brand name and logo — printed or laser-finished onto the device body.
- Device colour and finish — solid colours, gradients, soft-touch or gloss coatings, subject to minimum run sizes.
- Packaging — individual retail box, carton artwork, barcode and compliance labelling laid out to your artwork.
- Flavour lineup — select from the existing flavour library for your chosen platform, or specify a bespoke set where volumes allow.
- Manual and inserts — multilingual leaflets and inserts supplied to your layout.
How the process works
- Brief. You tell us target puff count, budget per unit, quantity and timeline.
- Platform match. We shortlist two to three existing platforms that hit your numbers, so you are not paying for tooling you do not need.
- Quote and MOQ. We confirm unit price at your volume tier together with the minimum order quantity for custom branding on that platform.
- Artwork. You supply logo and packaging artwork; we return print-ready mockups for sign-off.
- Sample. A branded sample is produced and shipped for approval before the production run.
- Production and QC. Batch production with incoming and outgoing inspection, then dispatch.

Why start from an existing platform
Building a device from scratch means tooling, certification and a long validation cycle. Starting from a platform that already ships in volume means you skip most of that: the battery, coil, airflow and e-liquid capacity are already proven at scale, and your money goes into the parts customers actually see — the finish, the flavour set and the box.

OEM FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on how much you are changing. Plain stock with your own packaging sits at the lowest tier; custom device colour and finish need a larger run. Tell us the platform and we will quote the actual number rather than a headline figure.
Can you do a fully bespoke device?
Full tooling programmes are possible at high volumes, but most buyers get a better result faster by customising an existing platform. We will say so if that is the case for your brief.
How long does sampling take?
Artwork sign-off to sample in hand is the longest variable step in most projects. Ask us for the current lead time when you brief us — it moves with production load.
Can I mix models in one order?
Yes at the carton level for stock lines. For custom branding, each platform carries its own minimum, so mixed runs work best once you are past the first production cycle.
