These terms apply to every order placed on splyv888.com. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Age restriction

All products on this site are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older. We may request age verification, and we may cancel an order if age cannot be confirmed.

2. Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
  • An order is accepted when we receive payment and send you an order confirmation.
  • If an item is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship to Australian addresses.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
  • Delivery takes approximately 10 days after dispatch. This is an estimate; delays can occur during peak periods or customs clearance.
  • Every order includes free shipping. There is no minimum spend.
  • Tracking is available in your account under My Account → Orders. We do not email tracking numbers.

5. Minimum order

There is no minimum order quantity. Multi-pack bundles give a lower price per unit.

6. Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Product information

We try to keep product descriptions, puff counts and images accurate. Puff counts are manufacturer estimates measured under laboratory conditions; real-world results vary with usage.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live and where the products are delivered, including any age, possession or use restrictions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you ordered.
